SUBJECT: Petone Community Board's Submissions to the Health (Fluoridation of Drinking Water) Amendment Bill and on the Consultation on Seaview Outfall Temporary Discharges

That the Board:
(i) notes that a submission in respect of the Health (Fluoridation of Drinking Water) Amendment Bill requires the Board’s retrospective endorsement;
(ii) endorses its submission on the Health (Fluoridation of Drinking Water) Amendment Bill attached as Appendix 1 to the memorandum;
(iii) notes that a submission in respect of the consultation on the Seaview Outfall Temporary Discharges requires the Board’s retrospective endorsement; and
(iv) endorses its submission on the Seaview Outfall Temporary Discharges attached as Appendix 2 to the memorandum.
