Purpose of Memorandum
1. At its meeting on 5 December 2016, the Board resolved to defer the appointment of representatives to external organisations until its meeting in February 2017.
2. The Board has reviewed the appointments, following consultation with a number of the external organisations. Members have expressed interest in providing liaison representation to external organisations as follows:
Keep Hutt City Beautiful – Ms K Yung
Keep Petone Beautiful – Ms K Yung
Jackson Street Programme – Mr B Dyer
Seaview Working Group – Mr M Branch
