We’ve listed below all our upcoming council, community board and committee meeting papers. These can be found on the site two working days prior to the meeting.
Note that papers for meetings of the Hutt Valley Services Committee are still held on our former Council Meetings website.

Papers from all meetings prior to November 2011 can be found at our previous Council Meetings website, which also gives the calendar for future meetings with date, time and location.
All meetings are open to the public, other than items considered under ‘public excluded’ business. At the start of each meeting there is time for public comment where anyone can speak for three minutes on any item that’s in the order papers, excluding hearings where only submitters can speak.
Note: The View version includes links between the agenda item and the matching minutes for that item.
